About OT Friends

OT Friends is an occupational therapy practice created by two school-based OTs who believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and fun. We provide individualized, strengths-based services that help children, teens, and young adults build confidence and independence in the skills they need for everyday life.

Whether that means developing fine motor or handwriting skills, navigating sensory needs, becoming more independent with self-care and daily routines, or building the skills needed for school, work, and life in the community, we focus on what matters most to each individual.

By working in familiar, real-life settings—including homes, daycares, schools, after-school programs, workplaces, and the community—we are able to better understand each person’s needs and create strategies that fit naturally into daily life. We partner closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to build on strengths, work through challenges, and make everyday routines feel more manageable, meaningful, and successful.
